You forgot to read … You forgot to read the directions. You were supposed to dip the trays in warm water at the start and then mold them to your teeth before starting.
You are supposed to … You are supposed to cut off the tabs that stick out after you mold them. Then you can close your mouth, just an FYI for next time.
i just got one and … i just got one and im doin it tomoro. i hope it works. Also, you know you’re supposed to put them in hot water, shape them to your teeth and cut off the tabs right?
